  • Building Entrance: Step-free access with wide doorways suitable for wheelchairs and mobility aids. Automatic doors available where needed.

  • Reception & Service Desk: Counters are at accessible height, with clear signage for visitors. Staff are trained to assist with accessibility needs.

  • Office & Meeting Areas: Wide aisles and open layouts to accommodate mobility devices. Adjustable chairs and tables available for comfort.

  • Communication & Assistive Technology: Options include audio induction loops for hearing-impaired visitors, large-print documents on request, and screen-reading compatible devices for consultations.

  • Restrooms: Accessible restrooms are available with grab rails and emergency call systems.

  • Pathways to Public Transport: Easy access from nearby bus stops and safe pedestrian pathways connecting to public transport.
